Ted WallofSimply put, my purpose is to create, inspire and live a happy, healthy, active, conscious and compassionate life.

I am passionate about fitness, adventure, nutrition and spirituality (FANS) and love sharing what I learn as my life evolves.  I eat a (mostly) plant based diet and am often I am asked about what I eat, what supplements are necessary, how to make a good green drink or protein shake, how to lose weight or gain muscle and much more. While I may not have all the answers, my passion for learning pushes me to find the answers. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, but my main credential is my passion. I am on a quest to optimal health and happiness and using ZenFANS to share what I find. I welcome your questions and comments and hope you’ll join me on my journey.
