Vanilla chia yogurt love
Ok, I know there’s hundreds of chia yogurt recipes, but if you’re new to this or haven’t found one you like, give this recipe a shot.
3/4 cup almond milk (homemade would be a bonus)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash or two of cinnamon
Mix ingredients in an airtight jar, shake vigorously, store in refrigerator overnight, shake occasionally if you can.
Optional…top with fresh berries or stir in a splash of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
