Overnight Oats
For those of you that haven’t heard of, had or made overnight oats, here’s a quickie way to have breakfast ready for you when you wake up. I have had, in the past, the tendency to wake up, drink coffee and buzz right into work. So, having breakfast pre-made forces me to slow down, nourish myself and start the day in a much healthier way.
In a Tupperware bowl, or similar, I combine:
Rolled oats (you can buy gf if needed)
Chia seeds
Cacao powder
Goji berries
Almond milk
And anything else that appeals (protein powder? Maca? Berries?)
Seal and let soak overnight. In the morning, enjoy cold or warm up for a quick, healthy, satisfying meal.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
