Back up breakfast…or meal…or snack
It’s been a busy week and I haven’t had time to go to the grocery store for fresh fruits and veggies etc. Fortunately, I’ve made sure to always have plenty of non-perishable, but healthy foods around. Today I reached for a bag of oats and frozen berries. It made for a quite satisfying, tasty and healthy breakfast. Great reminder to keep these back up meals stocked. Enjoy!
I found some hiding chia seeds and added them. Chia seeds and/or raw nuts will help you add omega 3’s and protein. Starting the day off right.
