Buy organic ingredients, blend, enjoy!

  • 1 part coconut milk to 3 parts filtered water
  • Handful of kale
  • Bananas (I buy, cut and freeze chunks)
  • Pineapple
  • First Greens Powder (available online)
  • Flax seed
  • Optional: add rolled oats to make more meal-like and adds protein
