Today’s Breakfast

Oats

 

 

Steel cut oatmeal with:

  • Blueberries
  • Raw walnuts
  • Chia seeds
  • A little almond milk

Also great as a midday snack.

If I’m lifting weights, I sometime add my chocolate protein powder to just plain steel cut oatmeal for a serious protein boost that seriously delicious.
