Ted WallofSimply put, my purpose is to create, inspire and live a happy, healthy, active, conscious and compassionate life.

I am passionate about fitness, adventure, nutrition and spirituality (FANS) and love sharing what I learn as my life evolves. While I’ve been health conscious for over 10 years, it wasn’t till about three years ago I made the conscious decision to give up all animal products from my diet. Since then I’ve had some great results which I look forward to sharing and have attracted people to me that are interested, or at least curious, about my plant based diet. While I imagine many of them have no desire to go completely vegan, they all at least want to make some positive changes in their life. Often I am asked about what I eat, what supplements are necessary, how to make a good green drink or protein shake, how to lose weight or gain muscle and much more. While I may not have all the answers, my passion for learning pushes me to find the answers. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, but my main credential is my passion. I am on a quest to optimal health and happiness and using ZenFANS to share what I find. I welcome your questions and comments and hope you’ll join me on my journey.
