Power Bombs

Protein Bombs

These things are pretty awesome and you really can’t screw them up.  Adding or substituting ingredients is encouraged.

6 or so Medjool dates

1 cup of almonds (and/or walnuts or your favorite nut)

1/4 cup Goji berries (and/or raisins, dried cranberries, cherries etc)

1 cup of shredded coconut (I use unsweetened, no need for extra sugar)

5 tablespoons of almond butter (cashew butter or peanut butter are also great)

1 scoop vegan protein powder

2 tablespoons of cacao powder

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Bonus items…maca powder, ground flax seed, chia seed, spirulina etc.  What will you add?

Put all ingredients in food processor, mix well, form balls (quit laughing), refrigerate, enjoy:)
